Freezer Paper VS Butcher Paper

​

The underlying difference between freezer paper and butcher paper is that freezer paper has a polyethylene coating on one side which increases its strength. This is especially important when the product will be exposed exposed to moisture. Freeze paper is also useful to help protect against freezer burn. Freezer paper is usually more expensive than butcher paper, which lacks the polyethylene coating. Butcher paper is an economical choice and is suitable for most non-freezer applications
