Parchment Paper is a special FDA approved paper provides a broad range of beneficial qualities. Parchment paper is a thin paper coated in silicone to create a  superior non-stick surface and it is highly heat-resistant when compared to waxed paper. Full Circle's parchment paper comes in two different styles: bleached parchment paper, which is translucent white in color, and unbleached parchment paper, which is a translucent natural tan.

Parchment Paper VS Waxed Paper

Wax paper and parchment paper are both useful in various stages of the food preparation and production processes. You can put either type of paper down on your work surfaces to make cleanup is fast and easy. Both parchment paper and waxed paper especially useful when you are working with sticky foods such as ground meats, sticky doughs, or various pastas.The main thing to keep in mind is that wax paper is not heat-safe so parchment is the ideal choice for applications that require heat.
